BWA Yachting Croatia has introduced a new unit for yacht provisioning, a full 360° service for captains and crews, to complement its existing services in the country.

The longest standing yacht service provider in the Adriatic country, the company assists yachts with their various needs along the entire Croatian coastline and on the nation’s islands. Now, the launch of a yacht provisioning department – in development since November, 2019 – will see BWA Yachting Croatia provide the yacht industry, including yacht and superyacht captains and crew, with the truly comprehensive shore support they have been crying out for. Starting from the 2020 yachting summer season, the new service will be provided via its network of offices in Croatia, based in Opatija, Rovinj, Sibenik, Split, Dubrovnik and Cavtat.

The launch of the new department is a direct response to customer demand for a yacht provisioning option. As part of the new service, yachts will be provided with premium food and beverages, consisting of local and international fresh products for the most discerning yacht chef. All items will be selected in keeping with BWA Yachting’s commitment to high quality and fresh provisions.

Currently under COVID regulations, all safety measures are strictly applied, including personal protective equipment such as gloves and mask, to deliver COVID-free yacht services to the industry.

This new in-house provisioning unit has created a special synergy between all the departments; provisioning, spare parts and agency, from which our BWA Yachting clients in Croatia will reap the benefit.”

Mr Dujmic will oversee the new department, the operation utilising his wealth of experience in shore support. Growing up in a family maritime business, he brings this know-how and lifelong passion to BWA Yachting and has become something of a figurehead in the Croatian yachting industry.
