BESPOKE SERVICE LEVELS
In addition to our standard service offering we have a selection of bespoke service levels that can all be tailored to your needs:
BWA Yachting Central
You will be allocated a dedicated Corporate Team member as your one point of contact who will provide you with the various centralised services that you require, both before and during your trip. Offering expert destination knowledge they will act as a coordinator between your chosen destinations as they:
• Plan your inter-country itinerary
• Share documents with local offices e.g. standard operating procedures
• Consolidate monthly, or bi-monthly, invoicing
Closer to your ETA in each destination you will mainly deal with each local team, however your dedicated Corporate Team member will always keep an eye on the operations and communications.
BWA Yachting Plus
Ideal for those who are cruising the Med for the first time, you will be allocated a dedicated Corporate Team member as your one point of contact who will provide you with the various centralised services that you require for your entire cruise, both before and during your trip. Offering expert destination knowledge they will act as a coordinator between your chosen destinations as they:
• Plan your inter-country itinerary
• Manage changes of plans and their consequential impact
• Share documents with local offices e.g. standard operating procedures
• Consolidate monthly, or bi-monthly, invoicing

BWA Yachting Explorer+
Designed for clients looking to cruise extensively worldwide, this service level can be used as an extension to our Mediterranean-based BWA Yachting Central service to assist you an a global scale.
Our BWA Explorer team are a dedicated department aiming to scout, test, supervise and suggest local agencies in areas not covered by BWA Yachting directly. You will be allocated a dedicated point of contact from this team with expert local knowledge to act as a coordinator between your chosen destinations as they:
• Plan your inter-country itinerary
• Manage changes of plans and their consequential impact
• Share documents with local offices e.g. standard operating procedures
• Consolidate monthly, or bi-monthly, invoicing
• Find the best inter-country bunkering solutions and rates
