BWA Yachting is looking for a creative and motivated Communications & Graphic Design Specialist to join our Communications team.

The role combines graphic design, social media and digital content creation, supporting communications across campaigns, events and corporate channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Create visual content for social media, newsletters, campaigns, presentations and events
• Develop content for LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook, including posts, Stories, carousels and short-form videos
• Adapt communication materials in line with BWA Yachting’s brand identity
• Support communications around yacht shows, events, launches and partnerships
• Liaise with international teams to collect content and information
• Bring fresh creative ideas to campaigns and day-to-day communications

The Ideal Candidate

• Strong graphic design skills and a natural creative eye
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
• Familiarity with Canva and video-editing tools
• Fluent English, written and spoken
• Strong understanding of social media and digital content
• A relevant qualification and/or previous experience in graphic design, communications, marketing or social media
• Creative, proactive, organised and detail-oriented
• Able to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines
• Strong team player, comfortable working in an international environment
• Flexible availability around key events and time-sensitive communications
• Eligible to work in Greece
